For the past 13 years Bonnie Reichenbach has been the voice and face for Papillion-La Vista High School. She serves the students, parents, staff and entire community as the front office receptionist at Monarch. Bonnie is known for her friendly smile, caring attitude and her willingness to go the extra mile to make to make PLHS a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. When asked what she likes about her job she responded without hesitation, “People…working with everyone that comes in or calls.”
Bonnie, like many of our front office staff throughout the District, has had the honor this year of adding the new security system to her list of job responsibilities. However, Bonnie is unique in that she has not one system but two, a camera and doorbell for both the front and back entrance. Did you know that between 9:00 am and noon each day nearly 100 visitors ring the doorbell at Monarch? But Bonnie’s attitude toward the new system signifies why she is our employee spotlight for this week. “I come to work each day with a smile and approach what is given me with a smile. I work with a good staff and good principals. Life is good and I just love it!” Thank you Bonnie for 23 years in the PLSD and the past 13 as the voice and face for PLHS and thank you to all of our front office staff that make the PLSD a warm and welcoming place to be!
